The activities of FPSE are governed by policy and procedures developed democratically by FPSE’s elected delegates at each Annual General Meeting. The Presidents’ Council, comprising each local president and four provincial officers, directs FPSE’s affairs between AGMs.
The FPSE Policy and Procedures Manual is from September 2016 and should be read in conjunction with the 2017 AGM's Policy Resolutions. The Manual was not updated and reprinted after the 2017 AGM due to the in progress transition to the new Societies Act.

The FPSE Meeting Information Sheet has details on how to book your travel, hotel information, an area map, parking, and entry instructions to both the FPSE office on 550 West 6th Avenue, and to the Hyatt Regency Vancouver, where FPSE committee members stay during meetings.
“We Share the Air” is a popular poster reminding members to prevent harm to people who suffer from chemical sensitivities by avoiding the use of scented products when attending FPSE meetings and events.
