A number of documents are frequently required by members of the Federation of Post-Secondary Educators, and can be downloaded and printed, or saved for future reference:

The FPSE Expense Claim Form is used by members to claim expenses when representing their local at a meeting of the FPSE Presidents’ Council, standing committee, or for other pre-approved purposes. The complete FPSE Expense Claim policy is on the reverse side of the Expense Claim form.

The FPSE Labour Relations and Public Policy Advocacy Certificate Program (LRPPA) provides comprehensive skills development in critical areas of labour relations and post-secondary education advocacy. The program draws upon the expertise and skills of our union activists and staff, by using a collegial and interactive style. The FPSE certificate will help build your capacity to speak out for post-secondary education and your faculty members.

The FPSE Clean Air Policy “We Share the Air” is a popular poster reminding members to prevent harm to people who suffer from chemical sensitivities by avoiding the use of scented products when attending FPSE meetings and events.

FPSE’s Meeting Information Sheet has details on how to book your travel, hotel information, an area map, parking, and entry instructions to both the FPSE office on 550 West 6th Avenue, and to the Hyatt Regency Vancouver, where FPSE committee members stay during meetings.

The FPSE Meeting Schedule has the dates and locations of the current academic year’s standing committee and Presidents’ Council meetings, as well as the dates of the FPSE Spring Leadership Conference and the Annual General Meeting and Convention.
