At its heart, this campaign supports the fundamental objectives of post-secondary education in B.C.—to foster learning, innovation, and opportunity while promoting economic and social well-being. It champions the rights and welfare of faculty and staff, seeks fair and effective labour practices, and works to amplify the collective voice of educators at both provincial and national levels.
Vision for Post-Secondary Education calls for cooperation over competition, meaningful representation in policy decisions, and a coordinated approach to professional development, dispute resolution, and system-wide advocacy. Guided by principles of autonomy, solidarity, and mutual respect among member organizations, this campaign reflects a unified effort to ensure that B.C.’s post-secondary system is inclusive, responsive, and sustainable.
Together, we can create a post-secondary environment that reflects the needs of our communities and the values of those who serve them.
