The Canadian Association of University Teachers (CAUT) has updated its Travel Advisory. If you are planning work-related travel to or through the US, you should review the CAUT Travel Advisory http://www.caut.ca/en/publications/traveladvisory/traveladvisory_conferences.pdf prior to making your travel arrangements.
